All Modern Amenities in a Unique Setting – Community Meeting Hall combines the best of the historic Carriage House and the modern addition of a banquet room. Twenty-five feet by forty-five feet, the meeting hall can accommodate up to 99 people. Your guests can enjoy the modern banquet facility and also stroll through the museum in the Visitor Center mansion to view historical exhibits that depict the industrial development of the Village of Endicott and Harpur College which began there.

Reception Area:  The reception area is equipped to be used as a bar or food station and provides additional seating for guests.

Full Catering Kitchen: The kitchen includes abundant food preparation space as well as a commercial refrigerator, stove and freezer.

Private Entrances and Parking:  The meeting hall is accessible from an ample parking lot on the south side and Park Street to the north. It is completely separate from the entrance to the Visitor Center and affords parking for groups of one hundred.

Handicapped Accessible: Handicapped accessibility ramps are located on both the north and south sides of the facility.

All First Floor Amenities: Community Meeting Hall is a spacious one- story building that facilitates easy party and meeting set up.

 Large Windows & Cathedral Ceilings: combine to create a clean, sophisticated atmosphere for your guests.

 Landscaped Courtyard: In the spring, summer and fall, the courtyard blooms with a variety of lovely perennials and provides an attractive, useable outdoor space for gatherings.

Wired for Audio:  Community Meeting Hall offers the use of a microphone and audio system for meetings and other events.

Accommodations for 99:  Tables and chairs are available for groups of up to 99.

· From NY-Route 17 East or West; 

EXIT 67N toward Endicott. Take the RT-17C/Main St. Exit. Follow RT-17C (East Main St.) West 0.4 miles to the intersection of East Main St. & Lincoln Ave.

Turn right on Lincoln Ave. Proceed 1 block North to the intersection of Lincoln Ave. & Park St.

The Visitor Center is on the corner of Lincoln Ave.  & Park St.
