New Partnership Allows Village of Endicott Residents to Access Scarborough Dump

The Village of Endicott is pleased to announce a new municipal agreement with the Town of Union, granting all Village residents access to the Scarborough Drive Dump, effective May 1. This collaboration is part of a broader initiative to enhance municipal services and promote environmental responsibility within the community.

Starting May 1, Village of Endicott residents will be able to utilize the Scarborough Drive Dump facilities to dispose of waste and recyclables. The dump is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., with a lunch closure from 12 - 12:30 p.m. Village residents must bring proof of residency for access.

"Providing our residents with access to the Scarborough Drive Dump marks a pivotal step in our commitment to revitalizing and caring for our environment,” Village of Endicott Mayor Nicholas Burlingame said. “This agreement with the Town of Union not only enhances our community services but also fosters a collaborative spirit in managing shared resources and challenges."

“The Town of Union is pleased to be able to work out an intermunicipal agreement with the Village of Endicott to allow residents easy access to our waste and recycling facilities,” Town of Union supervisor Robert Mack said. “This is a great example of local governments working together to reduce costs and provide better service to our community. “
