Village of Endicott to Launch New Water Billing System Starting July 1

The Village of Endicott is preparing to roll out a new, modernized billing system for municipal water customers beginning July 1, 2025. The upgrade will offer improved convenience and accessibility for residents, including a new online customer portal, e-billing options, and enhanced account management features.

The updated system will allow residents to:

  • Make payments online (a standard convenience fee will apply)

  • Set up automatic payments

  • View and manage account information

  • Opt into e-billing for faster, paperless service

To take full advantage of the new features, residents are encouraged to provide a valid email address to the Water Billing Office. Email addresses can be submitted by contacting:
wateracctg1@endicottny.com or wateracctg2@endicottny.com.

As part of the transition, credit card payments will be temporarily suspended beginning at the close of business on Monday, June 23, 2025, and will resume the week of July 1. During this short period, payments can still be made:

  • In person at the Village Office

  • By using the secure night drop box

Officials acknowledge that the temporary suspension may be an inconvenience, but emphasize that the change is intended to make future billing simpler, faster, and more user-friendly.
