Village of Endicott Water Department Temporarily Unable to Accept Online Payments

The Village of Endicott Water Department is currently unable to accept online payments due to ongoing technical issues with a newly implemented billing system.

Village officials are actively working with the system vendor to resolve the malfunction and restore online payment functionality as quickly as possible. In the meantime, residents are asked to use one of the following payment options:

  • In Person: Payments can be made at Village Hall during regular business hours.

  • By Mail: Please send checks or money orders to the Village of Endicott Water Department.

  • Drop Box: A secure drop box is available for after-hours payments and is located just outside the back door of the Village Hall building.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or money order. Credit or debit card payments cannot be accepted at this time.

Residents with questions or concerns are encouraged to contact the Water Department directly at (607) 757-2421 during regular business hours.

The Village will provide updates as soon as online payment services are restored.
