Construction Set to Begin on Washington Avenue Art Park in Endicott

The Village of Endicott is excited to announce the start of construction on the Washington Avenue Art Park, a dynamic new public space designed to celebrate creativity and strengthen community connections in the heart of the village.

Beginning Friday, August 15, the lot located at 121–125 Washington Avenue will be closed to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic to allow for safe and efficient construction. The Art Park is scheduled for completion in November 2025.

Once finished, the park will feature public art installations, open seating, landscaping, and flexible space for community events, all designed to enhance the character and walkability of Washington Avenue.

“This project represents another step forward in the revitalization of our downtown,” said Mayor Nick Burlingame. “We’re investing in spaces that reflect the energy and pride of the Endicott community, while creating a destination that will draw residents and visitors alike.”
