RESCISSION OF STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARATION

Effective January 26, 2026, at 5 PM 

I, Nicholas Burlingame, Mayor of the Village of Endicott, do hereby rescind the State of Emergency declared on January 25, 2026, in response to the cold temperatures and the associated snowstorm. 

The situation has been assessed, and it has been determined that it is now safe to lift the emergency declaration. I express my gratitude to all departments, emergency services, and residents who responded and adapted during this period. 

All emergency measures taken under the previous order are hereby terminated.
